2007 Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon
A true “Reserve” in every sense of the word. We selected our best block of Cabernet Sauvignon, then chose specific rows to manage and harvest to create this special wine. Made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, the wine is full-bodied with texture that is rich and velvety. A careful selection of French, American and Hungarian Oak barrels were used for aging, creating an array of toasty, sweet and spicy components which beautifully complement the wine’s ripe, enticing flavors. Rich dishes such as Beef Wellington with steamed asparagus and a buerre blanc create a perfect match for this wine. We hope our efforts provide you the reward of a wonderful glass of wine.
